{Avery brought a paper home from school today with these sentences written on it. She drew a picture of herself old enough to work in an office and sitting at a desk. I have to smile at her simple, but very clear description of organizational development/change management (i.e., my consulting work). I should bring her to work with me to coach the executives on my project}!
