As we are all driving home from an evening out with Brady's baseball team at the local sports restaurant/bar, Brady and Avery start bickering in the back seat. Instead of eating at the restaurant, because of Noni's 8-ish bedtime, we let the big kids hang out with their friends and play arcade games and then ordered our food to go. So...Scott steps in to handle the bickering situation and offers this nugget of parental advice: "If you two don't stop fighting, you're going to go straight to bed without dinner and I'm going to eat ALL the food. Then I'm going to throw it up in your shoes." Brady starts cracking up hysterically while Avery bursts into tears over her dinner that Daddy is going to eat. I have no comment. I'm just recording it here for posterity's sake.
